David Taylor
Executive Chairman

David Taylor is a leading figure in the evolution and delivery
of the urban renaissance agenda in the UK and his key strengths
relate to his capacity to maintain partnership and consensus and
to stimulate innovative regeneration solutions. He is an enthusiastic
and visionary advocate of regeneration with over 30 years experience
working at a senior level in both the public and private sectors.
He was the founding Chief Executive of English Partnerships, founding
Managing Director of Amec Developments, Managing Director of Lancashire
Enterprises Ltd and Group Chief Executive of Enterprise plc.
David is the Chairman of Silvertown Quays and Canada Quays Ltd,
joint ventures with the Kajima Corporation and British Land plc,
which will deliver 8,000 homes, leisure and retail facilities
in London. He was Chairman of Hull Citybuild, one of the Government’s
most successful urban regeneration companies (URC’s) between 2001 and 2006 and
is currently Chairman of Elevate, the East Lancashire Housing Market Renewal
Pathfinder. David has numerous voluntary commitments and is Deputy
Chairman of Preston North End Football Club
Neil Pickering
Managing Director

Neil has 20 years experience in development and regeneration spanning both the public and private sectors. He is DTP’s Managing Director but is actively involved with projects being undertaken by the team. His key strengths relate to development management and creating innovative mechanisms to unlock the potential of complicated mixed use and Brownfield development opportunities especially where the collaboration of public and private sector partners is essential. Neil has considerable "hands-on" experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams and a track record of adding creative ideas to the formulation of area based strategies and proposals for specific buildings, particularly in the areas of delivery and implementation. His commercial skills are balanced against a thorough understanding of sustainable community based regeneration.
Barry Fagg
Associate Director

Barry has over 30 year’s experience of all aspects of regeneration
and held senior positions in local government, development agencies
and with private developers. As Chief Development Planner for
Taylor Woodrow he was responsible for several town centre mixed
use schemes and for Stanhope Property he led the development of
a new settlement in Cambridge. For the London Docklands Development
Corporation he led planning and CPO inquiries for the Dockland
Highway and Becton Extension of the Docklands Light Railway and
the masterplanning for the development of the East India Dock.
He is adept at working with community and stakeholder interests
to establish partnership and delivery structures vehicles and
has extensive experience of business planning for public/private
projects and has advised the Millennium Commission and other public
and private organisations on funding and appraisal of regeneration
initiatives.
Lesley Giddins
Associate Director

Lesley Giddins was previously the Director of the Social and
Economic Legacy of the Commonwealth Games 2002 in Manchester,
developed Newham’s Volunteers linked to the London 2012
bid, and wrote the London 2012 Volunteer Strategy. Lesley has
longer term experience working on a range of social and physical
regeneration projects, in managing and applying for a large range
of public funds and in equal opportunities work.
Anna Devlet
Development Manager

Anna Devlet has worked on the Manchester Commonwealth Games,
Pre-Games Time, and Post Volunteer Programmes in addition to setting
up and managing Newham's Volunteers in line with the London 2012
Olympic bid. She played a key strategic role for the XVII Commonwealth
Games Legacy Programme and developed extensive experience managing
complex multi funded regeneration projects. Anna also holds significant
event management experience both home and abroad which includes
a planned secondment from dtparticip8 to Melbourne 2006 for the
XVIII Commonwealth Games in an operational capacity.
Anna’s key strengths relay excellent communication and
consultation skills. She is adept at working with public, private,
community and stakeholder interests to establish partnerships
and is now leading on the public consultation strategy for Canada
Water, a major development project in Southwark, London.
