CASE STUDY: WOLVERTON

DTP were appointed by EP and Wolverton Unlimited to review two significant and complex redevelopment projects identified within the Wolverton Regeneration Framework. The masterplan proposals were very aspirational and our first task was to assess whether they were feasible and viable and to then recommend how the partners should proceed.

Following on from a detailed review paper with a suggested way forward for each of the proposed projects, we were retained to manage the next steps (consultation, seeking the purchase of property, resolving planning issue etc) and our remit has since been broadened out to cover an overall coordinating role for all of the regeneration and redevelopment projects that are planned for the town centre.
