CASE STUDY: SPORTS CLUB ORIENT

DTP were engaged by English Partnerships (EP) to undertake an appraisal of a £2.7 million multi-funded community and and sports facility in Leyton, East London, which formed part of a complicated Planning S106 agreement. The work included assessing the proposed scheme in terms of value for money, additionality, the viability and robustness of securing a funding package, the extent of EP’s risks and liabilities and whether the proposals met the scheme’s planning obligations. Our service was crucial in terms of securing the implementation of the scheme.
